Skate911.com is committed to providing you with a secure shopping
environment. Therefore, when you make a purchase at Skate911.com, we
protect you and your credit card information by using a secure server. A
browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://"
rather than the standard "http://". The "s"
stands for "secure." In Netscape NavigatorTM (versions 3.0 and earlier),
the broken key symbol in the lower left corner of your browser window will
become a solid key in secure mode. If you're using Netscape Communicator

SHIPPING
Upon completion of your checking out you will see a shipping total
displayed.
We ship in durable boxes with shipping label attached.
At this time we are shipping to
US & CANADA ONLY.
Estimated Shipping Times
US Orders
Packages are shipped out on Monday through
Friday. We do not ship
packages on holidays.
USA Ground Shipping:
All USA Ground orders received before 4:30 PM Eastern time will be processed and shipped out the
next
day. The typical shipping times for these orders are below. When counting
shipping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped. Ground
shipping times are not guaranteed:
- Most of California (7 days)
- Most of Washington, Oregon, and Arizona (4-5 days)
- Most of the Midwest, Northeast, Middle Atlantic, Central South (3-4
days)
- Most of TX, FL, CO, LA, ID, UT, MT, NM, ME, RI, NH, OK, ND, SD (3-4
days)
USA Next Day:
All USA Next Day orders received before 6:30 PM Eastern time (5:30
Central, 4:30 Mountain, 3:30 Pacific) will be processed and shipped out
the same day. That means you will receive your order
the next business day by 5:00pm.
USA 2-3 Day:
All USA 2-3 Day orders received before 6:30 PM Eastern time (5:30 Central,
4:30 Mountain, 3:30 Pacific) will be processed and shipped out the same
day. Typically these packages take 2 days, however, the service guarantee
is 3 days or less. When counting shipping days, do not include the day on
which it is shipped.
Returns
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted
within 20 days from the invoice date.
- All items MUST be UNUSED and in the
condition it left the Skate911 Warehouse.
- All Custom Complete Skateboard returns will
be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Please email us for a return authorization before your return your
product.
When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been
used, we'll refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the
shipping charges (unless it's our fault that you're returning the
merchandise) and or restocking fee if it applies to your order. If the
item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs. For your
protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured
Parcel Post. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept
C.O.D. deliveries.
Important Note About Deck Graphics And
Colors
Colors of graphics are not always as pictured. It is not guaranteed that
you will receive the exact combination of colors pictured. If you want a
specific color, please contact us for current availability.
Skate911.com Guarantees and Warranties
Most items we carry are warranted by the manufacturer against
manufacturing defects. Note about Decks: all decks will break eventually.
If you feel that your deck has broken as a result of a manufactures
defect, please contact us for instructions on how to file a claim.
Skate911.com cannot be held responsible for problems that may arise
from the use of any of these products. Please call us for information
concerning specific companies' product warranties and as always Skate911
cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may arise from the
skateboarding sport. Please ride Safely and always wear protective gear.

BUYING YOUR Skateboard GIFT CERTIFICATE
Note for Multiple Gift Certificate Purchasers:
If you wish to have Skate911.com send gift certificates to more than one
person or shipping address, please place a separate order for each.
- Gift Certificate purchases are not taxable.
- Gift Certificates can be used to cover item costs only (tax or
shipping charges not included).
- All Gift Certificates are shipped free via USPS. If you need it
shipped quicker, then call us and we'll help you out.
REDEEMING YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE
- Your order must equal or exceed the entire amount of the gift
certificate. Partial discounts can not be applied.
- Gift Certificates can be used to cover item costs only (tax or
shipping charges not included).
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Applicable sales tax will be applied to the products purchased after
the gift certificate discount. (CA shipping addresses only)
- Any portion of the order not covered by the Gift Certificate must be

your helmets certified or rated?
Yes, all of the helmets that you'll find on our web site meet the
necessary standards of the Consumer Product
Safety Commission (CPSC).
